At Dream Shoe Club Canada, every pair is handcrafted with care and prepared specially for you. We work to ensure your order reaches you safely and within the estimated delivery timeframe.

Processing Time

• All in-stock orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• As our footwear is handcrafted, additional processing time may occasionally be required during periods of high demand.

Made to Order

Certain products are specifically marked “Made to Order | Ships in 3–4 weeks.”

For these products:

• Each pair is individually crafted after the order is placed.

• The 3–4 week timeframe refers to the time required to make and prepare your pair for dispatch.

• Once your Made to Order pair has been dispatched, the applicable shipping transit time will begin.

• For orders shipping within Canada, please allow an additional 2–5 business days after dispatch for delivery.

• Made to Order products may require additional time during periods of exceptionally high demand or due to circumstances affecting production.

If your order contains both Made to Order and in-stock products, the order may be dispatched together once the Made to Order product is ready, unless otherwise communicated by our team.

Shipping Time

Canada: 2–5 business days
USA: 4–8 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note: For Made to Order products marked “Ships in 3–4 weeks,” the above shipping times begin after the pair has been completed and dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping across Canada & U.S.A on all orders.

• Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

• Shipping charges for international orders, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment until it is delivered.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside Canada:

• Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.
• Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Dream Shoe Club Canada has no control over customs charges or delays imposed by the destination country.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

• Dream Shoe Club Canada is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your shipment appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us with your order details.

We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package and assist you with the next steps.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged product.
• Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement where applicable.

Important Note

Every pair at Dream Shoe Club Canada is handcrafted. Products marked “Made to Order | Ships in 3–4 weeks” require additional time because your pair is crafted specifically after your order is placed.

For these products, please allow 3–4 weeks for production and dispatch, followed by the applicable shipping transit time based on your destination.

During periods of exceptionally high demand, processing or delivery may occasionally take longer than the estimated timeframe. We appreciate your patience while our artisans in India ensure that your pair meets the quality and craftsmanship we stand behind.
